Introduction

This thermal conductivity tester adopts the internationally popular method of measuring thermal conductivity and thermal resistance using a heat flow meter, and is equipped with a computer to achieve fully automatic detection and generate experimental reports. The instrument uses a stable hot surface temperature added to one side of the sample, and heat is transferred to the cold surface through the sample. The heat transfer is measured to calculate the thermal conductivity and thermal resistance. Adopting imported sensors and computer technology, it has the characteristics of good measurement accuracy, high reliability, and good repeatability. Especially suitable for measuring low thermal conductivity (accurate to 0.1mW). It can be used for testing plastics, rubber, thermal insulation materials, aerogel plates, vacuum glass, etc., and is widely used in colleges, research institutes, quality inspection, factories and mines.

Technical Parameters

1. Thermal conductivity range: 0.0001~1W/mk, can measure accurately up to 0.1mw/mk.

0.001-300W/mk. The computer automatically switches the range.

2. Measurement accuracy: 1%.

3. Sample size: 50 × 50-150 × 150, 150 × 150-300 × 300 (mm) optional (standard configuration), with a thickness not exceeding 50mm. Special sizes such as 600 × 600, 800 × 600 (mm) can be customized.

4. Can test solid materials and powder materials.

5. The measurement time is 15-20 minutes.

6. Hot surface temperature and control: Room temperature~99.9 ℃ (standard configuration), Room temperature~299.9 ℃, Room temperature~499.9 ℃ optional. Flat panel heater,

Bidirectional thyristor control, temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃.

7. Cold face temperature and control: 0-99.9 ℃ (standard configuration), -10-99.9 ℃, lower temperature can be determined according to user requirements. The cold surface adopts water cooling to ensure stable temperature (precision constant temperature water tank, adjustable temperature), with a temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃.

8. The sample is precisely pressurized and clamped by a computer, with a pressure range of 0-1000N and a resolution of 0.1N.

9. Automatic measurement of sample thickness, 0-50mm, resolution 1um.

10. Adopting imported original heat flow meters, the performance is stable and reliable.

11. The entire process adopts computer automatic testing and printing to store experimental data.
