Brief introduction

The rock vacuum saturation tester is one of the necessary equipment for calculating porosity. The maximum density of rocks is an indicator in theoretical research, which indirectly reflects the internal porosity. The lower the density itself, the higher the porosity. Due to the longer time it takes for normal pressure water to seep into the interior, it is necessary to conduct an evacuation test in the immersed water. The air in the gaps of the test block is extracted, and the water is infiltrated to fill the gaps. After the experiment is completed, the weight added to the test piece is weighed to calculate the water absorption rate and porosity.
